PURPOSE: To consider making a new appointment to the Affordable Housing Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The Clerk's Office has received a recommendation from the Affordable
Housing Advisory Board for Nannie Richmond. If appointed Ms. Richmond will be serving a full
term ending 6/30/2011. _
