Eric's term as the Economic Development Commission (EDC) representative expired September 30, 2008. He is no longer on the EDC but he has expressed interest in remaining on the board as the Hillsborough Township representative. Pascale Mittendorf's term as the Hillsborough Township representative also expired September 30 and she has expressed regrets that she will not be able to continue her service on the OUTBoard because of family obligations. The OUTBoard recommended that AI Terry be reappointed in September 2007 to a three-year term ending September 30, 2010. Mr. Terry has agreed to continue serving on the OUTBoard. Mr. James Ray, Eno Township representative to the OUTBoard, requested that the Board of County Commissioners not reappoint him for another term.
