PURPOSE: To consider a petition from NCDOT for approval of the addition Wood-Sage Drive in
Chapel Hill Township to the state-maintained secondary road system.
BACKGROUND: NCDOT has investigated Wood-Sage Drive in the Tupelo Ridge Subdivision
and submitted a petition for addition to the Board of Commissioners for their review and approval
(see attached Secondary Road Addition Report).
The Board's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. Board of Transportation for their deliberation
on acceptance of the road to the state-maintained secondary road system.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None for Orange County.
RECOMMENDATON(S): The Administration recommends approval of the addition of Wood-
Sage Drive in Chapel Hill Township to the state-maintained secondary road system.
