PURPOSE: To correct and/or approve the minutes as submitted by the Clerk to the Board as
listed below:
September 9, 2008 BOCC Joint Meeting with ARAB (5:30pm)
September 9, 2008 BOCC Budget Work Session (7:30pm)
September 16, 2008 BOCC Transfer Station Meeting
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the Governing Board
has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve minutes as
presented or as amended.
