Attached is additional information requested by the BOCC or identified by County
Management as background for the Solid Waste Transfer Station work session on
Tuesday, October 21.
1. Exhibit 8: Solid Waste Identified Capital Needs, FY2010-FY2019
Note: Land acquisition for a Transfer Station site is not included in the
fmancial forecast since this is an expenditure that would occur in the current
fiscal year. Actual costs are to be determined. Assessed land values for the ten
candidate sites range from $982,$64 - $1,122,420.
2. Exhibit 9: ,Charts Detailing Supplemental Candidate Site information by
Technical Criteria Ranking (A) and Community-Specific Rankil~:g (B).
3. (Extended) Exhibit 5: Transfer Station Site Evaluation Maps According to
