PURPOSE: To consider amending the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): Amend the Board of County Commissioners' regular meeting
calendar as stated below:
• Change the purpose and location of the meeting scheduled for November 22, 1999 to a
BOCC work session at the Southern Human Services Center, Chapel Hill, North Carolina
• Delete the meeting scheduled for Saturday, December 11, 1999
