PURPOSE: To consider a petition from NCDOT for approval of the addition of Mi11 Pointe Lane
in Cedar Grove Township to the state-maintained secondary road system.
BACKGROUND: NCDOT has investigated Mill Pointe .Lane and submitted a petition for. addition
to the .Board of Commissioners for their review and approval (see attached Secondary .Road
Addition Report).
The Board's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. Board of Transportation for their deliberation
on acceptance of the road. to the state-maintained secondary road system.:
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None for Orange County.
RECOMMENDATON(S): The Administration recommends approval of the addition of Mill
Pointe Lane in Cedar Grove Township to the state-maintained secondary road system.
