PURPOSE: To consider amending the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina. General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): Amend the Board of County Commissioners' regular meeting
calendar as stated below:
• .ADD a Joint Planning Area public hearing for February 21, 2000 at 7:30 p. m. in the board
room at the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
• ADD a regular meeting for March 14, 2000 at 7:30 p. m. in the board room at the Southern
Human Services Center in Chapel Hi11, North Carolina.
