MINUTES OF THE ORADTGE COUNTY
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
October 21, 1968
The Orange County Board of Commissioners met in the Commissioners Room of
the Courthouse in Hillsborough, ?north Carolina on Monday, October 21, 1968, at
7:3C P.M. in special session.
Members Present: Chairman Harvey D. Bennett and Commissioners William C.
Ray, Carl 11. Smith, Henry S. Walker and Ira A. Ward.
Members Absent: None
This meeting; was held for the purpose of discussing with representatives
of the Durham •Anbulanca Service the possibility of their providing ambulance
service to the southern portion of Orange County. Mr. Brumback, after discussing
this service with the Board, advised the Board he would prepare a formal proposal
and submit it to the Board as soon as possible.
There being no further business to cone before the Board said meeting
was adjourned.
