PURPOSE: To consider making a reappointment to the Personnel Hearing Board.
BACKGROUND: The clerk's office has received a recommendation from the Orange County
Personnel Hearing Board for the reappointment of Ms. Susan Lyons. If reappointed, Ms. Lyons
will be serving a second full term ending 6/30/2009.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Personnel Hearing Board.
