BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
April 29, 1968
The Orange County Board of Commissioners met on April 29, 1968 at 8 P.M.
in special session at the office of Commissioner Carl M. Smith in Chapel
Hill, North Carolina.
Members Present: Chairman Harvey D. Bennett and Commissioners William C.
Ray, Carl M. Smith, Henry S. Walker and Ira A. Ward.
Members Absent: None
This meeting was called for the purpose of receiving and discussing with
Gene Clark, owner; of Ambulance Service, Inc., the ambulance service which he was
now providing for Orange County.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
