PURPOSE: To consider amending the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): Amend the Board of County Commissioners' regular meeting
calendar as stated below:
? Change the location for the Joint Planning public hearing scheduled for February 21, 2000
from the Southern Human Services Center to the Chapel Hill Town Chambers.
• Change the locution of the public hearing for the 2000-2001 budget scheduled for May 30
from the F. Gordon Battle courtroom to the Southern Human Services Center.
? Change the location of the public hearing for the 2000-2001 budget scheduled for June 1
from the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill to Hillsborough in the F. Gordon
Battle courtroom.
