Pathways (formerly Preserve) Residential Community: To receive a developer submitted report on the Pathways Residential Community (formerly The Preserve) 2. WaterStone: To receive a report on WaterStone by Town of Hillsborough 3. Corbinton Commons: To receive a report on WaterStone by Town of Hillsborough. BACKGROUND: 1. Pathways Residential Community Attached documentation represents a request by the Developer for water and sewer service to the Pathways Residential Community that was given to Hillsborough Board of Commissioners for consideration. 2. 3. Orange County Planning Staff has received no formal application to date for this proposal, nor has any review by Staff been conducted. WaterStone Planning staff has provided comments to during the past year. Corbinton Commons Town of Hillsborough regarding this project Planning staff has provided preliminary comments to Town of Hillsborough regarding this project. Staff can elaborate on the specifics of these projects at the meeting.
