In addition, several other parks and nature preserve protects have been identified for future activity or are alreatly underway, with lantla previously-ownetl or acquired through the Lantla Legaq program. On September 9'", the Boats receivetl a repod on these projects. reviewing Park Summary Sheets that itlantifletl activities antl actions needatl to begin each project. Using comments from that meeting, staffs from ERCD and Recrea0on and Parks have met to review the timing antl available resources for each of [he projects, both individually and as a comprehensive set. Attechetl to this item is a map showing [he locations of projects that are undenvey or ready for tlecision points. This is followetl by a revised Park Facility Plan (PFPj report, with updated summary sheets. antl fnally a new set of color-cotled timetables for each project. The timetables begin wim a summary timetable far sll projects, followed by intlividuel sheets for each project, broken down by project categories such ae concept plan, bitls and pre- mnsWCtion, and conatmction phases among others. Staff bee usetl the status of each project, the financial rescurce tlmetable in the CIP and the adopted Bond and N[ernative Financing Schedule, antl the availability of staff resources to develop the estimates. 2 In atltlition to [he park projeq summary sheets, staff has notetl that a repotl will be preparetl far the Baartl's review of possible guitlelines far use of [he Soccer Buperfuntl. Additionally, a request from the Ctty of Mebane far tuntls towartl improvements at Lake Michael Park has not been addressed. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The proposetl project timetables antl action sheets are consistent with the adopted CIP and the adopted Bond and Alternative Financing Schedule. As each project schedule is progmmmad and capital project ortllnancea are atlopted financial Impacts will be atltlressetl in tletail for the individual protects. RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends [hat the Board review and tliscuss the proposetl action sheets antl timetables.
