PURPOSE: To consider one appointment to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
BACKGROUND: There is one vacancy on the ABC Board with the rotation off the Board of Mr.
C. Davis Walters whose second term expired June 30, 2002. Advertising has been done by the
Clerk's office and eight applications have been received.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making an appointment to the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board for a term to expire June 30, 2005
