PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for the year 2005,
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule,
The Board of County Commissioners will consider amending their regular meeting schedule by
adding a meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. (prior to the 7:30pm Work
Session) at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, N.C,
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting schedule by by adding a meeting nn Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. (prior
to the 7:30pm Work Session) at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, N,C.
