7:35 B. Public Charge
The Board of Commissioners pledges to the citizens of Orange
County its respect. The Board asks its citizens to conduct
themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the
Board and with fellow citizens. At any time should any member of
the Board or any citizen fail to observe this public charge, the
Chair will ask the offending member to leave the meeting until that
individual regains personal control. Should decorum fail to be
restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a
genuine commitment to this public charge is observed.
C. Public Hearing Items
7:44 441 1. Concurrent Amendments to Orange County Zoning
Ordinance and Orange County Subdivision Regulations
Regarding Subdivision Size, Location, Process, and
Standards
a. Amend Article IV, VIII, and XXII of the Zoning Ordinance
and Section II of the Subdivision Regulations to incorporate
by reference, the Water and Sewer Management Planning
and Boundary Agreement Map adapted December 3, 2041.
b. Amend Article VIII of the Zoning Ordinance and Section II
and III of the Subdivision Regulations to create a special use
permit process that sets special use standards and
locational criteria for subdivision size (number of lots} based
on zoning district and service areas identified in the Water
and Sewer Management Planning and Boundary Agreement
Map.
8:24 439 2. Text Amendments to Article 6.29.3 of the Orange County
Zoning Ordinance (Economic Development Districts Design
Manual)
a. Change "Class A Special Use" to "Class B Special Use"
when referring to special uses approved by the Board of
Adjustment.
b. Consider changes {including the addition or deletion of
uses} to the Permitted Use Table and changes in process
for approval of uses for the I-85/Buckhorn Road Primary
Development Area.
9:04 459 3. Text Amendments to Article 8 of the Orange County Zoning
Qrdinance {Special Uses)
a. Amend Article 8 to create special use standards for
"Schools, elementary, middle, and high," that meets
general standards as well as zoning district requirements in
the I-85/Buckhorn Road EDD.
9:15 063 4. Amendment to the Land Use Element - C)range County
Comprehensive Plan
a. Incorporate by reference, the Water and Sewer
Management Planning and Boundary Agreement and Map
adopted December 3, 2441.
