Nancy Glover - Re OC ABC Board _ ~' From: "Dan Sykes" <dsykesl@mindspring.com> To: "Nancy Glover" <ncglover@co.orange.nc.us> Date: 5/15/03 12:59PM Subject: Re: OC ABC Board Hi Nancy, In regards to Jan Cairn. I do not have an opinion on why she preferred to contact you directly. To the best of my knowledge her attendance has been satisfactory. According to the Board meeting minutes, Jan Cain's first board meeting was September 17, 2002 and there are no absences reflected in the minutes through the April, 2003 meeting. During this period we had a meeting once a month plus a retreat in January and a special meeting in March of this year. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
