PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for the year 2003.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule. The Board of County Commissioners will consider adding the
following meeting:
Tuesday, August 19, 2003 -Work Session - 5:30 p.m. -Government Services Center,
200 South Cameron Street, Hillsborough, North Carolina (prior to the 7:30 p.m. regular
meeting at the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom)
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by adding the following meeting:
