Conflict of Interest Reminder:Any member of the LRC and/or Executive Committee who has a financial or
ownership interest in a vendor of supportive services to justice involved or formerly incarcerated individuals in
Orange County that receives or is seeking funding from the LRC must disclose the existence and nature of the
relationship. Members of the Executive Committee must recuse themselves from any votes or decisions
involving that entity specifically or the prioritization and allocation of state funds for supportive services
generally. Any member of the LRC and/or Executive Committee who may directly or indirectly benefit from
being a member must disclose the existence and nature of the conflict or potential conflict. Members of the
Executive Committee must recuse themselves from any related votes or decisions. All disclosed conflicts of
interest or potential conflicts of interest, and recusals, shall be made a matter of record in the minutes of the
meeting in which the disclosure and recusal was made.
