In consideration of such extension , the mutual covenants herein contained and other good and valuable consideration , the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged , Landlord and Tenant agree as follows : 1 . ADDITIONAL RENT . Paragraph 6 of the lease entitled Additional Rent and Exhibit D are amended to increase the cap on the Operating Expense Differential .
