6:25 PM Discussion of the Repayment/Overpayment
agreements resulted in the board deciding “If missing 2
consecutive payments, the participant will be issued a warning by letter,
phone and email... if missing another payment after that, then the
participant will be issued a proposed termination”.
Chairperson, Jana proposed motion, Monica 2nd the motion.
All Board members were unanimous, on condition that participants are
informed of rights to appeal.
Program Manager proposed a change in the repayment terms, as
follows:

6:40 PM Discussion of Fair Market Rents for 2025
Program manager shared the 2025 Fair Market rents and
reported that OCHA 2025 Payment Standard will reflect 100% of
the Fair Market Rents.
