housing is “now at the top of the White House
agenda”… seems like a new priority but
unclear how it will manifest

potential contingencies if funding

explained that this likelihood
seems remote at this point, but
also that it is unlikely that other
funding would be available.
Sykes moves to approve as is,
allowing for staff edits to update

• Amendment for non-competitive
selection
• PBV Update - Vote needed -
Amend our 5-year plan to state
that we will be noncompetitively
selecting PBV projects.
