Asks that staff act only on substantiated allegations and not just whenever property management speaks to them. Also requesting that OCHA look into all concerns and provide a response according to the policy/procedures of the Housing Authority, and how the policy/procedures affect the residents. Board members will be removed after missing 3 consecutive meetings or missing 25% of the previous 12 meetings (3/12). Board members will be notified by staff after they have reached 2 missed meetings in either scenario.
