In attendance, Matthew Ferguson, Kyle Myers, Anna Jefferson, Mariela Hernandez, Mary
Towell, Andrew Semes, Lynn Nilssen, Staff: Aaron Rimmler-Cohen
Staff could use help with a Data analysis project for repairs and rehab program-Need to go
through the longterm repair assistance list and update. Do applicants qualify for federal
assistance for repair- review applications to see if fed funds apply. Look at the location of
properties. UNC has current list and database (Airtable). Members who volunteered to
work on this project-Anna Jefferson, Lynn Nilssen, Mary Towell and Andrew Semes.

buffer

Where is the easiest path to creating new housing
OC can build ADU's by right
Get zoning for each municipality from planning
Do they have plans regarding displacement of mobile home parks
Questions about the planning process from community meeting-where do we AHAB steer
them
What stage is the 2050 plan at: (Community Engagement Window#3, which was
scheduled for May-July of this year, has been postponed to allow additional time for the
Board's review. Please stay tuned for future project updates, including the rescheduling of
Community Engagement Window#3, to unveil a draft Plan to the public later this year.
