The Human Relations Commission welcomes public comments related to human relations,civil rights,and community conditions in Orange County. To protect confidentiality and ensure due process, speakers are asked not to share personal identifying information or details related to an active complaint, investigation,or case involving the Office of Civil Rights&Civic Life or other County processes. If a speaker raises a matter involving sensitive information or an open complaint,the Chair may pause or redirect the discussion and refer the speaker to the appropriate staff or complaint process so the concern can be addressed through proper channels.
