BACKGROUND: There being both an At-Large vacancy and a Cedar Grove Township vacancy on the Orange County Recreation and Parks Advisory Council, and volunteer applications having been requested and received by the Clerk's office; therefore, the RPAC has considered the applications and has recommended Ms. Deborah Judd, who resides at 1606 Faucette Mill Rd., Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 to fill the At-Large seat and Mr. Carroll Lewis Hawkins, who resides at 7545 Hawk Lane, Cedar Grove, N.C. 27231 to fill the Cedar Grove seat.
