PURPOSE: To consider filling one At-Large vacancy on the Orange County Planning Board.
BACKGROUND: Ms. Lynne Holtkamp recently resigned her position, which expires
3/3112003, on the Orange County Planning Board. This leaves an At-Large position vacant. The
Clerk's office has received 11 applications.
