PURPOSE: To consider the reappointment of one of the Hillsborough representatives on the
Solid Waste Advisory Board
BACKGROUND: The first term of Remus Smith, Hillsborough representative on the Solid
Waste Board, expires June 30, 2002. He is eligible for reappointment and a letter of
recommendation has been received from the Town Board.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint Remus Smith to a seond term, expiration date
6/30/2005,to the Solid Waste Advisory Board to represent the Town of Hillsborough.
