We also did not see any evidence of activities. One rehab resident indicated she was "very bored". 16. We also saw the administrator as we passed by his office and greeted him, telling him we were almost finished and would see him in a bit. When we concluded the visit, we asked to see him and were told he was gone for the day. We also asked for a supervisor. They were also gone for the day. We asked for a third and fourth level and they too were all gone for the day. The report was not given to the administrator.
