PURPOSE: To consider an appointment to the Hyconeechee Regional Library Board.
BACKGROUND: With the resignation of Evelyn Daniel there is one Orange County At-Large
vacancy on the Hyconeechee Regional Library Board.
Isabel M. Jackson has been recommended to be appointed to this position.
FINANCIAL IMPACT. None
RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint Isabel M. Jackson to a first regular term, At-Large for
Orange County, to the Hyconeechee Regional Library Board, with a term expiration date of
March 31, 2005.
