SUBJECT: Removal of Boards and Commissions Members Due to 2025 Attendance

PURPOSE: To approve the removal of appointees from several boards and commissions due to
2025 attendance in follow-up to Board discussion at the April 14, 2026 work session.
BACKGROUND: The Orange County Board of County Commissioners' Advisory Board Policy
(as in effect during calendar year 2025) required members to attend at least 75% of scheduled
meetings within a twelve-month period in order to maintain membership. The Advisory Board
Policy also states that members who miss three consecutive meetings are subject to removal.
At the April 14, 2026 Work Session, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) discussed
removing members from boards and commissions who violated the attendance requirements in
the Advisory Board Policy in 2025. Based on that discussion, the following members from the
following boards and commissions are presented for removal:
