Desing/Engineering Support – Electrical Design
Estimated Fee = $4,500
Dear Mr. Woody:
TRC Engineers, Inc. (TRC) is pleased to present this proposal for Engineering Services to Orange County Solid
Waste. It is our understanding the scope of this Amendment will include the engineering design for the additional
items below.
Scope of Services
The scope of services below is based upon the scope as discussed during our meeting and subsequent
communication.
Amendment No. 1
This task includes the inspection electrical design for the currently proposed Attendant Booths located at Eubanks
Road Waste and Recycling Center, Walnut Grove Church Road Waste and Recycling Center, and Ferguson Road
Waste and Recycling Center. This amendment includes the following:
Task 1: Electrical Design
TRC will subcontract with GreenTech Consulting Inc. to complete an electrical design to connect the proposed
Attendant Booths to existing on-site electrical services including the following items:
Subtask 1a: Site Inspection
Site visits performed by TRC’s electrical engineering subconsultant, GreenTech Consulting Inc., to each of the
three waste and recycling centers. Our electrical subconsultant will inspect the existing electrical infrastructure at
each of the sites, document existing conditions and equipment to assist in the design in Subtask 1b below.
Subtask 1b: Electrical Design
o Electrical design for three proposed Attendant Booths located at the Eubanks Road Waste and
Recycling Center.
o Electrical design for four proposed Attendant Booths located at the Walnut Grove Church Road
Waste and Recycling Center.
o Electrical design for one proposed Attendant Booths located at the Ferguson Road Waste and
Recycling Center.

Additional Services not included in this proposal consist of:
1. Subsurface utility locating services and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services except as indicated
herein;

1a One (1) site visit to each of the three (3) Waste and Recycling Centers $1,500
1b Electrical Connection Design $3,000
SUBTOTAL – $4,500
Total Fee $4,500
