PURPOSE: To consider reappointing three members to the Board of Health.
BACKGROUND: The partial terms of Edith Kathryn Wilder and Sharon E. Van Hom, and the
first term of Martha Jane Stucker will expire on June 30, 2002 on the Board of Health. All are
eligible for reappointment;
