PURPOSE: To consider appointing two people to the ABC Board.
BACKGROUND: The second terms of Margi Rice and C. Davis Walters expire June 30, 2002,
and, therefore, they are not eligible for reappointment. Advertisement has been done by the
Clerk's office and five applications have been received.

RECOMMENDATION(S): As the Board decides.
