Purpose& Role of the Human Relations Commission The Orange County Human Relations Commission serves in an advisory role to Orange County government by promoting goodwill and harmony across communities, identifying community concerns related to discrimination and civil inequality, supporting education and outreach efforts, and making recommendation to the Orange County Board of Commissioners on human relations and socialjustice issues. 4. Approval of Agenda Action Requested:Approve agenda for March 24, 2026. 5. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Page 1 of 3 Action Requested:Approve minutes from February 24, 2026 (6:02-6:07). 6. Public Comment Public Comment Guidance & Disclosure The Human Relations Commission welcomes public comment related to human relations, civil rights, and community conditions in Orange County. To protect the confidentiality and ensure due process, speakers are asked not to share personal identifying information or details related to an active complaint, investigation, or case involving the Office of Civil Rights &Civic Life or other County processes. If a speaker raises a matter involving sensitive information or an open complaint, the Chair may pause or redirect the discussion and refer the speaker to the appropriate staff or complaint process so the concern can be addressed through proper channels. This is intended to protect the rights of all parties and preserve the integrity of any current or future review. 7.
