you for almost 30 years of service to Orange County . It is notable that you started in 1997
as an administrative assistant II , were promoted to business officer II in 2017 , were
appointed tax administrator in 2019 , and were reappointed tax administrator in 2023 .
We know that there have been many changes with property assessments and tax
collections during your long tenure . We recognize how much you have worked to address
the concerns of the Board and the community .
