The Veterans Memorial is located on the grounds of Southern Human Services. According to the request, Phase IV is the final phase of construction currently contemplated by the Committee. Phase IV involves the construction of a walkway at a total estimated cost of$90,000. The Committee is requesting $30,000 from the County as part of the public and private donations raised to construct this final phase. Over time, the County has contributed a total of$55,000 to the Veteran's Memorial Project. The County provided $30,000 in 2020 and $25,000 in the 2023-24 CIP for prior phases of the project.
