Student Membership Projections In accordance with the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Memorandum of Understanding, the Planning/Schools Technical Advisory Committee has developed certified, updated 10-year student population projections using the approved models and based on actual student membership in both school systems as of November 15, 2002. Among other purposes, these figures serve as a basis for identifying additional school capacity that should be addressed in the development of the County's 2003-2013 Capital Investment Plan. County and school staff will be available to respond to board questions about the revised student projection tables and the process used to update those.
