One staff member shared that it was because the DVD player was broken. However, Miss. Palmisano stated that was not true, and the TV was a"smart"tv that connected to internet. She shared that the reason that the activity was not occurring is because staff were"behind"because they were preparing for the fundraiser event. Also,we shared concerns from multiple residents that outings on the facility van are not consistently occurring, as they had been previously. Miss. Palmisano shared that outings are still occurring every Friday. She stated that residents have memory issues and may not recall the activities, including outings and activities.
