They have Bingo twice a week and can win Bingo dollars for purchases at the store which the Activity Staff opens frequently. 16. Does the facility have a Resident's Council? YES Again we spoke with the President of Family Council? No the Resident's Council. He indicated the facility was undergoing a change and he felt good about it. It seems that he is able to get the residents to participate. Are there resident issues or topics that need follow-up or Resident advocates spoke with the new review at a later time or during the next visit? Director of Nursing as the Administrator was out of the building. We gave feedback that the overall atmosphere of the nursing facility seemed to be improving. We observed more staff working on behalf of the residents, more lifts were available for staff usage, and more interaction with the residents. We observed residents in the dining room finishing a meal. Ms Jenkins agreed that they had already made some improvements, but they had more to do.
