new Chef received much praise. The Chef

Are there resident issues or topics that need follow-up or review at a later
time or during the next visit? The odor was discussed with the administrator
who was very familiar with the issue. She
indicated the problem was recent due to the
health decline of one of the residents. She
indicated staff clean the area often and she has
requested vinyl flooring instead of carpeting for
the area.
No other issues were mentioned.
We did give the staff the new ombudsmen's
name and telephone number to post on the
