Meetings are open to the public to attend. There is no place on the regular
agenda for public comment. Should any member of the public wish to
attend, have a question or comment for the Climate Council's consideration,
they can contact Brennan Bouma before 5pm on the day preceding the
meeting at bbouma@orangecountync.gov or leave a voicemail at 919-245-
2626.

3:00 I. Call to Order, Announcements, Additions or Changes
to the Agenda
The Chair will make any announcements and Council members will have the opportunity to
suggest additions to the agenda.
3:10 II. Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 27, 2020
3:15 IV. Update from Climate Action Reporting Committee
Bouma and McCullough will update the Council on the status of the LEED for Cities and
Communities grant and next steps.
3:30 VI. Update from Identity and Standards Committee
The two established committees will update the Council on their ongoing work and
discuss next steps.
3:45 V. Update from Policy Committee and Discussion
Council members will consider an initial spreadsheet of policy options as well as a draft letter to
Gov. Cooper proposed Policy Committee.
4:15 V. Succession planning for Chair, Vice-Chair, and student
members
4:30 VII. Adjournment
