PURPOSE: To give the Board the opportunity to address any items or issues from the January
25, 2003 Retreat that may need further discussion or may have not been discussed at the
Retreat due to time constraints.
BACKGROUND: The Board conducted its Annual Retreat on January 25, 2003 and discussed
numerous topics. The Board may want to further discuss certain iissues or may want to
address items that were not discussed due to time constraints.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with further discussion of items
from the Board's retreat.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss items as
appropriate from the Board Retreat and provide direction to staff as necessary.
