PURPOSE: To consider three reappointments to the Nursing Home Community Advisory
Committee,
BACKGROUND: The terms of three members -Sheila White, Alice C. Woodbury and Mary
Ann Peter - of the Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee will expire June 30, 2004,
They have each expressed an interest in being reappointed and are all eligible to be
reappointed.
