Nancy Glover-HRC Re-Appointments ~ _,
__
From: James Spivey
To: Glover, Nancy
Date: Thursday, June 03, 2004 8:32:55 AM
Subject: HRC Re-Appointments
Good Morning Nancy,
i am sorry to this delayed response but i couldn't get a response from Tina Moon until yesterday afternoon,
Josephine Harris, Joe Nanney and Patrick Reiss~ave voiced an interest in continuing to serve on the
Human Relations Commission. Joe and Patrick's attendance record is great. However, Josephine's
attendance has been a bit "messy" due to work obligations -she is an administrator in the Chapel
Hill-Carrboro School System, She has been contacted regarding her missed meetings and she has
assured me that her interest is there and her schedule, now, will allow her to attend the meetings.. Thus, it
is requested that these three residents be put forth for re-appointment.
Regretfully. Tina Moon has requested that she not be re-appointed due to her schedule and work
commitments. Ms. Moon was very active as a member of the HRC and was totally committed to the
efforts and activities of the HRC; she will be missed.
your assistance with this matter is appreciated
