Joe and Patrick's attendance record is great. However, Josephine's attendance has been a bit "messy" due to work obligations -she is an administrator in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System, She has been contacted regarding her missed meetings and she has assured me that her interest is there and her schedule, now, will allow her to attend the meetings.. Thus, it is requested that these three residents be put forth for re-appointment. Regretfully. Tina Moon has requested that she not be re-appointed due to her schedule and work commitments. Ms. Moon was very active as a member of the HRC and was totally committed to the efforts and activities of the HRC; she will be missed. your assistance with this matter is appreciated CC: Chapman, Barbara; Harris, Jo; Moon, Christina; Nanney, ,loe; Pham, Milan; Reiss, Patrick v) Page 1 of 2 Josephine Harris Volunteer Application Orange County Advisory Boards and Commissions Name: Ms. Josephine Harris Name Called: dome Address: 600 Hillsborough Rd Carrboro NC 27510 Phone: (Day) 919-967-8211 Phone: (Evening) 919-967-2650 Fax: Email: Place of Employment: Job Title: Township of Residence: Chapel Hill Zone of Residence: Sex: Female Ethnic Background: African American Date of Birth: BoardslCommissions applied for: Work Experience: (Current 10/93) Director of Staff Development/Instruction, CHCCSchools„ Teacher Coordinator; Assistant Principal; Director of Instruction -Orange Co.
