PURPOSE: To consider reappointments to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee..
BACKGROUND: The terms of three members of the Adult Care Home Community Advisory
Committee will expire June 30, 2004; of these, two, Ms, Laura DeLoye, Vice-Chair, and Ms. Carla M,
Julian, have requested reappointment. Terms on this committee are for a duration of two years each,
Also, Ms, Charron F. Andrews, whose term expired March 31, 2004, and who initially said she did not
wish to be reappointed, has changed her mind and would be willing to serve another term on the
Committee.

RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider reappointing Laura Deloye, Carla M, Julian and Charron F,
Andrews to the Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee, each to an At-Large position, Ms,
Deloye's term would be a third two-year term to expire June 30, 2006. Ms, Julian's term would be a
first two-year term to expire June 30, 2006, and Ms, Andrews term would be a third two-year term to
expire March 31, 2006.

Hi, Nancy,
Per our telephone conversation yesterday, 1 am writing you concerning
reappointments of Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee members,
Carla Julia wishes to be reappointed for another term..
aura Deloyp, who had originally decided not to be reappointed, has
thankfully decided to stay on for another term, and is serving as Co-chair.
Both of these members are in good standing, having attended at least half of
the business meetings and required site visits,
Charron Andrews, who did not choose to be reappointed after her March 31st
term expired, has decided to stay on the committee, and has asked to be
reappointed. She is also serving as chair. She is a member in good standing.. (I know
that you already have this information.)
Caleb Moore does not wish to be reappointed for his second term. He shared
that he is 70 years old, and is committed to too many projects..
