PBV establishes a baseline of inventory for HCV program participants. Two developers currently involved with new upcoming PBV projects in Orange County. Question placed as to the process of selection of participants; would it require eligibility for the program first. A waitlist for PBV would be established to offer availability of the forty (40) units. Current waitlist will be used to pull for the 10 units for the project. o Motion to approve the PBV of the admin plan - Jana o Second motion — O. Explanation of how the overpayment is calculated provided by HCV Program Manager. ■ Does OCHA terminate participants for failure to pay back the debt? As stated in the Admin Plan PHA must terminate assistance. (Open to guidance needed as to when termination is done.)
