BACKGROUND: There are six vacancies on the RPAC and several people have applied to serve. One of the vacancies is for a resident of the Carrboro city limits. Mr. Patrick Sullivan, who has been filling the Chapel Hill Township position, recently moved to Hogan Farms, which is now within the incorporated city limits of Carrboro. Please refer to the chart below which summarizes the vacant positions, the special representation of each position, the expiration date, and the name of the applicant that the RPAC would like to recommend.
