Reason for Change: The ductwork was not original to be changed, however, after the walls were installed it was noted that changes had to be made to rework the duct for the new wall. The new carpet is due to the existing carpet is no longer available and therefore we could not match existing. There will be a new door opening cut into the existing hall wall where a new metal frame will be installed and existing door (by owner) will be hung. New glass will be installed in the door. The new wall area will be painted with new rubber baseboard installed on the inside of the room! The HVAC will be moved around to assure good air flow! There are several existing cabinets that will be relocated and (1) 14’ storage shelve that will be removed for trash. There will be (4) new outlets and (4) new Data boxes installed.
